Our Founder’s Story

Meet Vince Staub, the founder of Risk Managers International (RMI), who brings over three decades of experience in the corporate and non-profit worlds as a Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. His journey began in the trenches of risk management, where he encountered a frustrating reality—limited support and scarce resources made handling risks a daunting task. Vince often wished for someone who could guide him through the intricate challenges of risk management.
Driven by this need for accessible guidance, Vince retired from his full-time role and in 2020 launched RMI to help companies reimagine and scale their risk management programs into strategic assets. Holding a doctorate in strategic leadership and credentials as a Certified Risk Manager and a Certified Coach, Vince mirrors the ethos of empathy and expertise that defines RMI. He understands firsthand the pressures facing leaders who must manage complex risks while ensuring business continuity.
