Our Founder’s Story
After more than three decades leading risk and compliance functions in corporate and nonprofit organizations, Vince Staub knew firsthand how difficult it can be to manage complex risks with limited time, staff, and resources.
Throughout his career, he often wished he had access to an experienced risk professional who could provide practical guidance without the cost of adding another full-time position.
That experience led Vince to launch Risk Managers International in 2020.
RMI was created to give organizations flexible, experienced risk-management support when they need it most. Rather than adding complexity, RMI helps leaders identify what matters, strengthen resilience, and turn risk management into a practical business tool.
Vince brings more than 30 years of experience, a doctorate in Strategic Leadership, and credentials as a Certified Risk Manager and Certified Coach. He also teaches Principles of Risk Management and has been recognized as a Difference Maker by the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance.
Today, RMI helps leaders gain clarity, confidence, and practical solutions for managing risk—without the burden of building a full-time risk-management department.
